Currently this tool can do:

- upload all shipped items divided on buyer/seller
--for choosen period
--choosen domain (usa, de, ca etc)
--sort already existed in system parcels (skip em)
- edit information
-- mask of notification title for account owner/buyer
-- country of destination
-- carrier
-- buyers name
-- notification language (by default service shows most compatible language)

but it will be excellent to have possibility to be customer email address editable from seller side.

We added possibility of autoupload to Ebay upload tool.

this upload works in test mode, so please check all data oploaded via this autoupload tool and if any problems, please notify us.

to opt autoupload on, go to tools options and switch it on 8 hours test.

Small update

We've added 2 new fields in setting:

Include orders - Order limitation by current order status:
--All - Will return absolutel all available orders for selected period (including unpaid, cancelled, deleted and still incompleteoreders)
--Complete - Completed orders (paid/sent/ready to send)
--Active - Orders, which still not completed and could be changed: added new item in invoce, changed shipping price and etc. Also any change could change order number.

My recommendation: is to use Complete orders . However, sometimes items doesn't included it return, if seller didn't marked item as paid or sent.

Find order by - timing method.
--Creation time - returns only items limited by date of order creation (selling date) (I don't know which parameter used by EBay for this method for multiple items sold in different time, but i guess that used date of total invoice. this should be testet)
--Modification time - returns all items which were modified in selected period.
Modification  - any modification made by seller/buyer in order including addtion of tracking number, new invoce and any action taked to order.

My recommendation: use Modification time for autoupload, since autoupload will track all changes in order. If you use manual upload, then it is more comfortable ti use Create time -
due to return will show only items from chosen period

Mixed recommendation:
For manual use
- Complete/Creation time - if you send items within 15 days of sale
- All / Creation time - if you can send item more than 15 days after sale, because some data disappear after 15 days of sale.

For autoupload
- Complete / Modification time -  due automat will be monitoring all changes of order

Manual upload adopted for multipackage orders.

This allow to add all existing tracking numbers, if order sent with more than one package.

Soon this feature will be added to autoupload.

Another update.

 - Now you can opt upload of the orders which has tracking number only. Option available for both: automatic mode and manual mode.
 - Added upload timing for automated mode 6, 8, 12 hours.

To opt in you need to change ebay uploading profile and set  Include orders = With Barcode.

Just made an update of the tool

now you can select number of the days of buyer protection (also minimal number of days to track) for uploaded items.

This means that you can increas protection up to 60 days or decrease it to 30 days from normal 45 days (Paypal protection period).

Also, I made update for authorization scheme and simplified making of default settings. Which now appears automatically straight after authorization confirmed.
If you wish to change your options just go to Authorizations remove old oauthorization and make new one.

Hi,

I am unable to connect to ebay. when I try to confirm the authorization from ebay, on the return it gets a php error and the process is not finalized.

You have two ebay - authorization keys, one of which has expired (Autorizzazione Trackonline)  and you can delete it
