Known problems:

If you using any other pluging which modify order page content, then there could be problems with adding tracking number.

Can you enter in extension page (chrome://extensions/) and turn ON developer-mode. Then (on aliexpress) right-click on extension icon - in popup - "view external window" (or just last in menu) - this open dev-window with error. PLZ - screenshoot

I don't know if it has any importance but in my case trackitonline.ru seems to always be in a state of "loading". Very slow process of manually adding tracking info (7 minutes so far). Also got some errors...
