Please clarify your tracking numbers, it depends on country of destination, if it is airmail item it takes following time worldwide USUALLY:
1.) Western Europe - within 3 days
2.) Eastern Europe - within 5 days
3.) North America - within 7 days
4.) Central and South Americas - within 25 days
5.) Australia - within 18 days
6.) Rest of Oceania - within 180 days
7.) Africa - within 120 days
8.) Eastern Asia - within 45 days
9.) Central Asia, India and Russia - within 100 days
10.) Special territories (Antarctica, North Korea etc) - within 200 days

First you have to ask the seller/sender about carrier of your parcel. Then try to track the numbers on their website.

Strange... Seems the seller did not ship your order or provided you with incorrect shipping details. I suggest you to communicate with seller or open a case at ebay resolution center.

Both of these numbers are not valid tracking numbers but some kind of pseudo refference numbers given by Pitney Bowes to Ebay, when someone use their idiotic Global Shipping Program.
Generally, this is order number and have nothing wiith tracking.

What happens when you use it.
After sale, seller have to add local tracking number to this refference to show that he send sold item to Pitney Bowes warehouse. After Pitney Bowes received the item seller become clear, and he done all his obligations.

Pitney Bower repack your item into new box, and then give parcel to international postal provides from his own web. They add new refference number which will be used between Pitney Bowes and delivery company.
Also this number should appear in EBay with history of the item or link to deliverers tracing system.

This refference number should turn into new tracking number, which could be used at site of deliverer....

SO, please go to Ebay and push on your UP... refference. after what there will open small window, when you can get partial tracking and local tracking number and next refference (If I remember right, GSP items in UK delivered by CItipost, and you should get LPKEN.... refference number)

If you will find LPKEN refference, you can try track it here, but don't forget to set country of destination (UK/Great Britain). In the end you may see some delivery data by Citipost.

If there will be nothing in small window, then this could mean: Seller forgot to add local tracking and Pitney Bowes do the same, or Seller send nothing.

In both cases you have to ping your seller to provide tracking information.
If he won't provide, then open dispute and claim.

When you send items to CIS (including Russia) it may lie up to 60-90 days with o tracking somewhere in the warehouses, IT IS NORMAL FOR CIS COUNTRIES.

It is normal if it was sent to CIS countries, as I said in previous post (following countries are in CIS: Russian Fed. Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Belarussia.) It is also normal for Africa and Oceania, it could be delivered, but wont be showed online if you've sent it to the following countries: United States, Australia, Austria, North Korea, Democratic republic of Congo, Sri Lanka.
For additional information please provide your destination country.
