Oh, above is the RECEPTACLE number (S9), not SINGLE ITEM number (S10). Receptacle is a bag, container, or any other holder of mail, containing multiple postal items and weighting from 100g way up to 999.9kg. These are loaded to planes/ground transport. These are NOT trackable by customers. It is generally a container, where the bulk mail is transported internationally.

I just want to add that it's necessary to check carefully the adress you write to avoid any delivery problems. Now I always check my postal code twice at https://worldpostalcode.com/sweden/ before making any purchases. Once I missed one number in my postal code and my parcel was lost.

Ukraine Post does NOT provide automatical dest-country selector to us, so when using our website please always specify dest country manually. In this particular case your dest country seems to be US. Your item is IN THE US. If you select dest country manually you will surely get the latest info.

Do you have some kind of limitation in your country to buy all the times you want to buy on the Internet??
In Uruguay the Customs limits the buy in on the Internet to 4 times per person and per year without paying additional fees to a top cost of usd50 (not including the shipping charges) if is thorough National Post or usd200 (not including the shipping charges again) if is by private Courier, all this for each buy in and the buy in must be declared to the Customs prior to entering the country on their webpage.If it is not declared previously they retain the parcel and can fee additional costs to free it to the customer.More than 4 times buys it must be paid the 60% of the value cost.

In russia should work next rule:
You can buy at shops up to 1000 Euros/month, and have to pay customs taxes on summary over 1000 Euros. however shipment should be commercial/ not gift.

But really this works if you use non governmental deliverer. and on orders with total price over 1000 Euros.
taxes are 30% from summary minus 1000 Euros

What Konstantin mentioned not only works for Russia, but for whole Eurasian customs Union which is of Russia, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Belarus. Also persons and companies are free to move goods between these 4 without paying taxes. Goods coming from abroad are restricted to 1500EUR/20KG (whichever comes first) per month with national postal operators and 1000EUR/31KG with courier companies. This is per MONTH per person. Companies should pay taxes even for a 1KG 1EUR packages. We do not have to declare anything. We pay taxes on arrival to sort facility. Also Small Packets are not usually counted. This only apples to parcels over 2KG. You may receive unlimited number of small packets, as long as you dont have restricted items in them.

To compare the other day I asked the shipping charges to send a small package certified to Nepal (weight no more than 250grms.) and the fee is usd 24,where the shipping fee for this same package send from Nepal to Uruguay is usd10 and from Russia is usd7 or usd8 from national post.
The other day an article in the newspaper wrote that some politicians are thinking to limit to 1 buy per year , per person instead of 4 and only for Christmas time.This is really for plain laughing.

Belarus in here is trying to do the same. They want 10EUR per month to be a limit and they say they are going to leave Eurasian Customs Union (ECU) if we dont make 10EUR. On the other hand Kazakhstan (my country) will be leaving ECU if they make anything lower than 1500EUR, Russia and Armenia are neutral about this question and are now for something in the middle like 600EUR, so Belarus is now seriously thinking of leaving ECU and making 10EUR/month/person. Just for instance citizens of the US may import up to 800USD/month, so yeap indeed yours are veeeery regressive government.
