Package shipped on 29/8 under tracking number RS939848168NL had no tracking entries for 11 days.
Now showing on Trackitonline as 'stopped'.
Shippers own tracking site shows this as 'at shippers warehouse' on 8/9, and has not moved since.
No idea what 'at shippers warehouse means' or which country the shippers are in, but main puzzle is why Trackitonline hass no information about this package at all.
Anybody clarify?

RB400135088UA, bound for Venezuela, but that letter never left the Ukraine, Mr. Micha Donell wrote to you on October 4, because he is now in Australia, and is waiting for your reply, and you have not yet given him one answer, he wants to know what will happen with his letter, since he is detained in the office of Sumy 30, but Micha can not go get the letter to that post office because he is now in Australia, we need an urgent response, thank you.

Hey PaigeClements! I totally understand the frustration when tracking suddenly stops - it's one of the most nerve-wracking parts of international shipping. I've been there countless times! Hi Jeff, that's frustrating! Eleven days without tracking is definitely odd. Perhaps the package got stuck behind a pile of Ragdoll Archers games waiting to be shipped. Joking aside, "stopped" usually indicates an issue. Knowing the shipper's location could help. Have you tried contacting them directly to clarify where their warehouse is and the 'stopped' status? Hope it gets moving soon!

Knowing the location of the shipper could be of use. Have you fnaf attempted to get in touch with them personally to inquire about the location of their warehouse and the status of the'stopped' order? I really hope progress is made soon!
