DHL eCommerce tracking often does not appear immediately — this is normal. Usually the label is created, but the parcel has not yet been handed over to DHL. Updates may only appear after  Slice Master export from the sender’s country, or once the local postal service receives the parcel. Make sure you are checking DHL eCommerce / Global Mail, not DHL Express. In many cases tracking starts working after a few days.
